Martha Roby Announces August Town Hall Meetings(MONTGOMERY, AL) – Martha Roby, Republican nominee for the Second Congressional District, announced today that she will host a series of five town hall meetings throughout the district. The meetings will occur during August in Montgomery, Dothan, Enterprise, Andalusia, and Elmore County. “I want to hear what the people in the Second District have to say,” said Roby. “We are hosting these town hall meetings to give citizens an opportunity to voice their concerns about the direction our country is going and to offer suggestions that will help put us on the right track.” “Throughout this campaign, I’ve talked to voters across the district who are fed up with Washington,” said Roby. “They are frustrated that no one is listening and paying attention to their concerns.” “We need a representative who will listen to us, not lecture us,” Roby said. “We also need a representative who is accountable and accessible. I invite all voters to attend and participate in these events, and I look forward to hearing what they have to say.” The town hall meetings will be open to the public and all are invited to attend, voice their concerns and ask questions.
