Martha Roby Announces Montgomery Campaign Chairs

(MONTGOMERY, AL) – The Martha Roby for Congress campaign announced today that Fran Whitaker and Will Wilson will serve as campaign co-chairs for Montgomery.
 
The Roby for Congress campaign has chairs in all 16 counties in the district, a breadth of support unmatched by anyone else in the race.
 
“As we enter the home stretch the grassroots organization becomes vitally important,” said Martha Roby. “We’ve been building support for months and I am proud of the team we’ve assembled. I am so grateful to have the support of Fran and Will in my race. They are leaders in Montgomery and I value their guidance.”   
 
“Martha has the experience and judgment we need in Washington,” said Whitaker. “She has laid out a solutions-oriented conservative vision, and has the record to back it up. I’m proud to stand with her in this race.”

“It’s important to send someone to Congress who understands that the private sector drives the economy, not the government,” said Wilson. “Martha has a proven conservative record and has fought for small businesses during her time on the City Council. I know she will do the same in Washington.”

Ms. Whitaker is a longtime activist who has been involved in many Republican campaigns. She is a member of the Montgomery County GOP Executive Committee, as well was the Executive Committee of the Alabama Republican Party.

Mr. Wilson is President of Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC, a real estate services and management firm with over three decades of experience. He is a leader in the Montgomery business community and is active in several civic and charitable organizations.
