MONTGOMERY, Ala. -  U.S. Representative Martha Roby (AL-02) today thanked Manufacture Alabama for its support for her reelection in 2016.

Manufacture Alabama is the state's trade association "dedicated exclusively to the competitive, legislative, regulatory and operational interests and needs of manufacturers and their partner industries and businesses." In his statement of support, Manufacture Alabama's President George Clark cited Roby's strong pro-manufacturing record and experience.

“Congresswoman Roby is a proven and solid leader for our state. She has an established pro-manufacturing record and has continuously supported the energy, workforce development and regulatory issues critical to the livelihood of manufacturing. Congresswoman Roby is passionate about public service and is committed to serving the people of Alabama’s Second Congressional District.:

Roby thanked Manufacture Alabama and said she will continue to look out for Alabama's manufacturers and local businesses.

"I'm honored to have the support of Manufacture Alabama," Roby said. "Our manufacturing sector supports the jobs and livelihoods of so many Alabama families. Manufacture Alabama is a key advocate for our state's manufacturing interests, and I've been pleased to work with its members during my time in Congress. As long as I'm in office, I'll fight for policies that help sustain and grow Alabama manufacturing and the jobs it supports."

Roby's strong record supporting pro-growth has earned her a 100% small business rating from the National Federation of Independent Businesses and the highest grade among all Alabama delegation members from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Her campaign for reelection in the Republican Primary been bolstered by a strong showing of support from influential figures, well-known organizations and grassroots conservatives. Roby was recently endorsed by:
